Usually when a song is about falling, it is sad. Like its not a positive word really. Like I can't think of anything falling in a good way. When people start getting old you stop saying you tripped, you had a fall. Its just never great is it. But then I thought, actually a meteorite falling? And crashing into an exploding fireball and condemning us to oblivion? That's kinda cool albeit not very good for humanity, and so the inspiration for this track and the album art was born. I'd like to think this is the track I will start playing if I see a meteorite crash out the sky in my lifetime. It is the hypothetical journey in my head of my first reaction to seeing it, to the looming dread that this might be it, and then the dystopian future that awaits us. I'm so cheerful. Enjoy :)more
